Hotel Lorette - Astotel Paris, Paris

The hotel was situated in a lovely location near tourist attractions and local bistros, offering a quiet and convenient stay with excellent value. The rooms, though small as expected in Paris, were clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The service provided by Sofiane and Thomas was professional, adding a personal touch to ensure a pleasant stay. The dining experience was fantastic with delicious options and homemade jams, while the facilities offered were top-notch.

My stay at the hotel was truly a mixed experience. The rooms, although spacious and clean with huge windows offering a nice view, lacked basic storage like drawers and shelves, making it a bit inconvenient. However, they did upgrade our room after a day with an extra charge of 20€ per night. The service exceeded my expectations with friendly and professional staff, and the location was great, being near everything, especially with the metro station right in front of the hotel. Despite the morning noise, the overall cleanliness and convenience of facilities were impressive. The dining options were varied, but some minor room size issues were promptly addressed at an additional cost.
